1. Service
TellMyTaxi (“we”, “us”) provides an online platform for booking private airport transfers across Italy. By placing a booking you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation with booking reference and driver details.
- All prices displayed are per vehicle, not per person, and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are fixed — no additional charges for standard luggage, tolls, or parking at the airport.
- We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time — full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up: no refund.
- No-show (passenger does not appear): no refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time
- We monitor incoming flights and adjust driver arrival for delays at no extra charge.
- Free waiting time: 60 minutes from actual flight landing (airport pickups); 15 minutes for non-airport pickups.
- Additional waiting time beyond the free period may incur charges.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate flight and contact details at the time of booking.
- Ensure luggage is within the capacity stated for the vehicle type.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Passengers are responsible for child seats unless specifically arranged with us.
6. Liability
TellMyTaxi is a booking platform. Transfers are operated by licensed local transfer providers. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
7. Complaints
For complaints, contact info@tellmytaxi.com within 7 days of your transfer. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
